Delivery policy

Our standard delivery is next day by 6pm. All orders placed by 2pm will be sent out that day on a

next working day by 6pm delivery service. Orders placed after 2pm may not be delivered on a next

working day delivery service depending on volume of orders placed that day. In some cases next day

delivery is not possible – for example orders to IOW and Highlands and Islands may take 2-3 days.

Standard UK mainland delivery cost is £12.95 + VAT for next day delivery by 6pm, but is free if the order value

is over £175 ex VAT.

Delivery to Highlands and Islands is priced on the basis of weight and is calculated at the checkout.

Saturday and timed delivery options are available at the checkout.

There must be someone available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. If there is no one available

to take the delivery you will be liable to pay any redelivery costs.
