Returns Policy

Goods bought on buzz.online are eligible for a return within 14 days of purchase provided they are in

a resellable condition, with original undamaged packaging and with original seals intact. Requests to

return must be submitted by email to mail@strongholdwoodfloors.co.uk.

Requests to return perishable goods (water based products) will not be accepted between the 1st of

October and the 28th of February.

If we agree to accept a return of products they must be received at our registered address within 14

days of informing us of your wish to return them. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods

and maybe asked to provide pictures of the items being returned as part of your request to return.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods.
